By accessing or using TripTell (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TripTell is an AI-powered travel planning tool that generates day-by-day itineraries based on your input. The Service is provided “as is” and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and third-party data sources. TripTell does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any suggestion. Always verify opening hours, prices, and safety information independently before traveling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The TripTell name, logo, and UI design are the property of TripTell. The itineraries you create are yours — you may share, export, or modify them freely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTell and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, travel disruptions, financial losses, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
